The planet Orkestra — home to the greatest stewards of music in the galaxy — has been destroyed by the wicked Master Decibel. The Jammingers — an elite force of music-based superheroes — have two members left to fight back, Ella and Maestro. Together, they must find new recruits with strong musical potential if there can be any hope of defending the beacon of sound and defeating Master Decibel and his legion of Deadnotes.

The wise sage Maestro begins training the spunky orphan Rei. Meanwhile, the powerful and kind Ella sets her sights on the wealthy Alientarian pop-star, the Dazzling Tanner.

Despite their differences, Rei and Tanner must learn to find their "inner sound" and work together to create dynamic harmonies. However, when Synestra, the final member of the team, joins, Rei and Tanner's friendship is put to the ultimate test.

Will the three of them find common ground? And, how will Ella and Maestro keep the team together when everything they conducted is close to crumbling?
